Exchanges & returns
We understand that it can be difficult to select the right size when shopping online, that’s why we welcome exchanges and returns within 14 days of purchase for Canadian customers.
All you have to do is log in to your account, click on the Orders tab, and select the item you wish to return. Then fill out the Returns and/or Exchanges form, and send the item back to us at:

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REQUEST BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM. Once your item is received it will be processed accordingly with you request.
Please ensure that the tax invoice/sales receipt is included, the original tags are attached, returned in original packaging, and items are returned in unworn condition. This means that they are free of dirt and animal hair.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, please select from the current range available at www.eveworkwear.com.au/ca. Alternatively, a credit note will be issued (valid for 12 months) or a refund will be processed.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
Please allow 14 days for the administration and processing of a refund.
